At age 14, Taylor Wilson became the youngest person to ever work with#nuclear fusion.
Now 21, this ‘nuclear boy genius’, as The Guardian put it, told us nuclear fusion “was just kind of a stepping-stone to bigger and better experiments and projects” on using nuclear technologies in medical, energy, and industrial applications.
We caught up with Wilson, and he shared his vision of the future for nuclear, how young people can change the world through science, and how outer space is one of the most exciting frontiers for nuclear tech.
