We can see parts of Europe at night, more or less centered on Paris, France. Also visible are the English Channel (https://goo.gl/6wUolR) as well as London, England, Brussels, Belgium, Rotterdam and The Hague in the Netherlands, and many other cities.Visible in the bottom part of the image is the Soyuz MS-03 spacecraft (https://goo.gl/EbynnW), which docked with the ISS on November 19th, 2016.
